looking for an easy weeknight entree thats made in the air fryer these breaded pork chops are the answer plus cook time is less than 10 minutes

These air fryer pork chops come out crispy on the outside and super tender and juicy on the inside!

It’s never been easier to cook boneless chops, and the air fryer makes them both yummy and fast.

PORK CHOPS: Choose boneless chops about 1/2″ thick. Thicker chops will need a minute or two more while thinner chops will need less time.

SEASONED CRUMBS: Seasoned and regular Panko breadcrumbs with a bit of parmesan cheese has lots of flavor. Substitute cornflake crumbs for the bread crumbs for a great option.

VARIATIONS: Pork chops can be thicker or bone-in, just remember to add a few extra minutes of cook time. I highly recommend an instant read thermometer to ensure they don’t overcook

Simple prep and easy cooking are what the air fryer is all about. Pork chops have never been easier to fry up!

Season pork chops with salt & pepper.

Whisk flour and Italian seasoning. Place in a shallow bowl or plate.

In another dish, combine bread crumbs, Panko, parmesan cheese, paprika, and salt & pepper to taste.

Lightly dredge pork with flour and then dip into beaten egg. Finally, dip into the breadcrumb mixture pressing to adhere.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Spray each side of the pork chops with cooking spray and place in the air fryer basket.

Cook 5 minutes. Flip pork over and cook an additional 4-6 minutes or until browned and pork reaches 140°F with a meat thermometer.

Remove from the air fryer basket and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure chops are equal in size and thickness so they all cook at the same rate.
Preheat the air fryer so the hot air can instantly seal the outside, keeping in all the delicious juices!
Keep a small space between food so the hot air can circulate around and cook everything properly.
Pork chops can (and should) be a little tiny bit pink in the middle to ensure they’re juicy.
Internal temperature should read 140°F, test at the thickest part of the meat. Remove it from the air fryer a few degrees before (137°F) as the meat will continue to cook once removed from the air fryer.
I highly recommend an instant read thermometer to ensure they don’t overcook.
